摘要
控制钛氧有机物水解条件合成稳定的纳米二氧化钛胶体,X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜研究表明,该胶体的胶粒为锐钛矿型晶体,晶粒大小约12nm。将制得的纳米二氧化钛胶体喷涂于陶瓷表面,经焙烧处理得到陶瓷基纳米二氧化钛膜。扫描电子显微镜和气相光催化反应实验显示,陶瓷基纳米二氧化钛膜由致密的球形纳米二氧化钛粒子组成,光照下具有好的分解有机物的能力和光诱导亲水性,其光催化分解有机物的反应属于动力学一级反应。此陶瓷材料拥有良好的自洁净功能和光诱导亲水性。
A stable nanometered TiO2 colloids were prepared from the hydrolysis of titanyl organic compounds by controlling the reaction conditions. The X-ray diffraction and scan electro microscopy (SEM) revealed that the colloidal TiO2 was in an anatase crystalline particle form with a diameter of 12 nm. The nano-TiO2 films on ceramic substrates can be obtained by spraying the nanometered TiO2 colloids on a ceramic tile with a calcination treatment. The SEM and the experimental results of photo-catalytic reaction in the gas phase proved the film was composed of the compact nanometered spherical TiO2 particles and had favorable capacity of decomposing organic compounds with photo catalysis, which was classified as one order kinetic reaction process, and light induced hydrophilicity. In addition, it was also proved that the ceramic tiles with the nano-TiO2 films had an excellent self-cleaning and light induced hydrophilic functions.
