摘要
新型工业化对未来5年～10年我国就业的影响及压力表现在人口的绝对增长、效率优先的策略、农村剩余劳动力的快速释放三个方面,使2005-2010年之间的就业压力增大.中国的劳动密集型产业、资本密集型产业和高新技术产业的高增长水平,会带来就业空间;但资源密集型产业的低增长会减少就业机会.如果能尽量保持工业经济快速增长,2010-2015年间就业问题将逐渐趋于缓和.
The effects of new style industrialization on our em pl oyment in the future of 5 to 10 years will be: absolutely increase of our popula tion, strategy of effectiveness' first, and fast release of surplus farming labo rs. Though the high growth rate of Chinese labor-intensive, capital-intensive an d high-tech industries will ensure employment to some extent, the low growth rat e of resource-intensive industries will decrease the employment opportunities. T his employment problem would be mitigated if we could keep the growth of industr ies.
