吸入沙美特罗替卡松联合特异性脱敏防治支气管哮喘的研究

Study the preventive and therapeutic effects of inhalation of salmeterol flcticasone combined with specific hyposensitization on bronchial asthma

目的观察吸入沙美特罗替卡松联合特异性脱敏防治支气管哮喘的疗效。方法常见变应原皮内试验,根据试验结果,行特异性脱敏,阶梯式吸入沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂,峰速仪监测PEFam值,疗程1年。结果临床控制率80% ,显效率88% ,总有效率100%。结论特异性脱敏联合吸入沙美特罗替卡松可有效的防治支气管哮喘。

Objective:To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of inhalation of salmeterol flcticasone combined with specific hyˉposensitization on bronchial asthma.Methods:Intracutaneous test of usual allergic antigcn was done.According to the conclusion,the method of specific hyposensitization was used and salmeterol flcticasone dry-powder was gradiently inhaled.The peak flow meter is used to observe PEˉFam.The treatment lasted for a year.Results:The rate of clinical control is80%.The obvious effective rate is88%;The total effective rate is100%.Conclusion:Inhalation of salmeterol flcticasone combined with specific hyposensitization is an effective method to prevent and treat bronchial asthma.
