摘要 事业要兴旺,人才是根本。发展专业教育,加强人才培训是促进事业发展的一项战略任务。经过40年,尤其是近10年的建设,我国图书馆学情报学教育已初步形成了一个多专业、多层次、多渠道、多规格的专业教育体系。 For forty years,the education of library and information science of China might be divided intoadjustment,rising,stop,resumption and enhancement five periods.Now fifty colleges anduniversities have library and information specialities.There are 33 adult education organizations and25 secondary education organizations for library and information science.For first 30 years,graduates were about 2000;later 10 years,graduates have totaled to 20000.Now specialities havebeen greatly expanded;the education levels have been basically formed(3 levels and 7 grades);four contradietories of teachers,teaching materials and students have been mitigated to some extent.Reviewing the past,social reduirements are the power of special education reform and development;looking forward to the future,the basic direction of special education is to develop in depth andspecialize it still further.With 4 tables and 3 references.
