摘要
目的研究支具对特发性脊柱侧弯的治疗作用,其机制有动力学矫正和静力学矫正并验证这两种学说。方法选取18例特发性脊柱侧弯患者进行支具治疗8个月, 采集和分析治疗前后患者背部四对肌肉肌电信号的平均方根值、中频值和肌电包络等参数进行分析。结果支具治疗后,Cobb角平均矫正度数为12度,患者肌电幅度增加、中频值降低且背部两侧肌电包络的对称性下降,表明支具矫正脊柱侧弯后,实验对象的背部肌肉已出现肌萎缩,不支持动力学矫正学说。结论特发性脊柱侧弯患者支具治疗8个月后获得了一定的矫形。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of brace on idiopathic scoliosis and the changes of back muscles after treatment with brace,so as to verify the two theories,namely dynamics and statics.Methods:The electromyographic parameter(including RMS,median frequency and LE-EMG)of four pairs of back muscles in18patients with idiopathic scoliosis was recorded,and compared with that of the patients before treatment with brace.Results:The mean correction of Cobb's angle in18patients with idiopathic scoliosis after8months of brace treatment was12degrees,meanwhile,the amplitude of EMG increased,the median frequency decreased and symmetric property of bilateral LE-EMG droped.Conclusion:This results showthat the back muscles of experimental object in the patients with idiopathic scoliosis after brace treatment have developed muscular atrophy,so we do not support the dynamic theory.
