两种硬化剂治疗颌面部血管瘤和血管畸形的临床比较

Clinical comparison of two sclerosing agents for hemangioma in maxillofacial region

目的 :比较 10 %明矾与平阳霉素硬化治疗颌面部血管瘤的治疗效果与优缺点。方法 :对 3 7例发生于颌面部的海绵状血管瘤病人分为血管瘤组 2 2例 ,血管畸形组 15例 ,与对照组为海绵状血管瘤的患者 3 7例 ,分别采取平阳霉素或明矾予硬化注射辅以激素治疗后进行效果评价。结果 :两组均较对照组取得更好的治疗效果。结论 :对病情合理分组 ,采取不同硬化剂将会取得更好临床效果。

Objective To compare the pingyangmycin and alum in the treatment of hemangioma in maxillofacial region. Methods Thirty-seven cases of hemangioma were diagnosed as angioma and vascular malformations according to new classification criteria. Pingyangmycin and alum was injected to different groups respectively. Results The effect was better in these two groups than control group. Conclusion The new classification appears to be helpful to make the choice of therapy to hemangiomas.
