健脾益气冲剂对不同病理分级慢性萎缩性胃炎患者HSP_(70)表达影响的比较

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine Jianpi Yiqi granules on HSP_(70) expression in patients with different pathological grades of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的 通过健脾益气冲剂对不同病理分级慢性萎缩性胃炎 (Chronicatrophicgastritis,CAG)患者热休克蛋白 70(HSP70 )表达影响差异的比较 ,以探讨该方的作用机制。方法 观察病理变化 ,并以酶联免疫技术对患者治疗前后胃黏膜匀浆HSP70 进行检测。结果 治疗前 ,轻、中度组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者HSP70 含量与对照组比较明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,重度者无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后与治疗前比较 ,轻、中度组HSP70 含量显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,重度组明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。轻、中度者疗效明显高于重度者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 轻、中度与重度慢性萎缩性胃炎患者存在HSP70 表达的差异 ,这种差异对萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效有一定影响 ;健脾益气冲剂对萎缩性胃炎的疗效与促进HSP70 表达有关。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Jianpi Yiqi granules on HSP 70 expression in patients with different pathological grades of chronic atrophic gastritis and its mechanism.Methods Pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis were graded, and HSP 70 expression was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).Results Before treatment,the contents of HSP 70in patients with mild and moderate chronic atrophic gastritis were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), but not so in patients with severe gastritis (P>0.05).After treatment,the contents of HSP 70 were significantly higher groups in mild and moderate gastritis group (P<0.01),and severe gastritis group (P<0.05) than before treatment.Conclusions There were significant differences in levels of HSP 70 expression between patients with mild and moderate atrophic gastritis and patients with severe atrothic gastrits,which influences the therapeutic effect on such patients.The efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine Jianpi Yiqi granules may be related to promotion of HSP 70 expression.
