从赭曲霉 43的菌丝体甲醇提取物中分离得到 3个甾醇和 1个腺苷,根据波谱数据,将它们鉴定为: 5α, 8α-表二氧-(20S, 22E, 24R) -麦角甾-6, 22-二烯-3β-醇 (1)、(20S, 22E, 24R) -麦角甾 -7, 22 -二烯 -3β, 5α,6β-三醇(2)、(20S, 22E, 24R) -麦角甾-7, 22-二烯-3β, 5α, 6β, 9α-四醇(3)以及尿苷 (4),其中化合物 3首次从曲霉属中分离得到. 图 2表 1参
Four compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of the mycelium of Aspergillus ochraceus 43. On the basis of spectral data, they were determined as 5α, 8α-epidioxy-(20S, 22E, 24R)-ergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol (1), (20S, 22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (2), (20S, 22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β, 5α, 6β, 9α-tetraol (3) and uridine (4), respectively.
