摘要 在室温下研究了Ti 50.6%Ni(原子百分数)合金在 7 种状态(拉拔、回复、再结晶、固溶、低温时效、中温时效、高温时效)下的压缩伪弹性。结果表明,合金在室温受压时有明显的伪弹性表现,总回复率可达 90%。合金的压缩伪弹性主要与应力诱发R相有关。热处理工艺对合金的室温压缩伪弹性有显著的影响。高温时效态的压缩回复率最高,回复态和中温时效态的较低。 The compress pseudoelasticities (CPE)of Ti-50.6%Ni (atomic fraction) alloys heat treated by seven kinds of process (cold-drawing, recovery annealing, recrystallization annealing, solid-solution treatment, low temperature aging, intermediate temperature aging, high temperature aging) were investigated under room temperature condition.Ti-(50.6%)Ni alloys in seven states all appears obviously CPE at the room temperature.The recovery rates of some alloys reach 90%.The CPE of the alloys is mainly releated to the stress-induced R-phase.The heat treatment has great effect on the CPE of the alloys at the room temperature.The recovery rate of the alloy is the highest at high temperature aging.The recovery rate is lower at recovery annealing and intermediate temperature aging.
