摘要
基于BT5 1钛合金与C 103铌合金性能的分析和电子束焊接的特点,实现了 BT5 1 与 C 103 的电子束焊接。试验结果表明:选用合适的电子束焊接工艺规范连接的BT5 1与C 103的接头成形良好,没有产生裂纹等缺陷。占空比对焊接质量有重要影响。
Based on analysising characteristic of BT5-1 titanium alloy and C-103 niobium alloy, and peculiarity of electron beam welding(EBW), BT5-1 and C-103 was welded by EBW. The results show that the joint figuration of welding between BT5-1 and C-103 is fine using right welding parameter. No cracking and other disfigure occur in joint. Duty cycle has important effect on the joint quality.
