摘要
探索了GCr15钢Ac1f透烧球化退火工艺,通过在奥氏体化时适当降低温度、延长保温时间,消除了试验过程中出现的不均匀组织,获得了均匀细小弥散分布的球化组织。文章认为透烧时间应当根据生产的现场条件来决定,透烧加热不利于等温过程消除成分不均匀。
Ac_(1f) temperature equalization spheroidizing annealing technology for GCr15 steel was quested.Decreasing temperature properly and increasing time in austenitic transformation can eliminate the asymmetric structure arised from the experiment,and the uniform fine carbide annealing structure is attained.It is claimed that equalization time should base on the spot state of production and equalization heating make against the uniformity of the structure in the isothermal process.
