摘要
对一种600MPa级耐火钢焊接性能进行模拟研究,绘制了热影响区连续冷却转变曲线 SH CCT。计算了钢的碳当量,并预测了25 mm板的止裂温度、HAZ最大硬度。结果表明,该钢具备低的冷裂纹敏感性。
The simulated HAZ continuous cooling transformation diagram of 600MPa Grade a fire-resistant steel was mapped,using the thermal simulation technique.The carbon equivalent was calculated,the crackproof temperature and the maximum HAZ hardness of 25mm plate were forecasted.The results show that the steel has low weld cold crack sensitivity.
