摘要
目的分析心尖肥厚型心肌病(AHCM)误诊的原因,进一步提高对本病的认识,提高对本病的诊断意识和诊断水平。方法收集本院1985年至2004年5例心尖肥厚型心肌病的误诊病历,分析其误诊的原因。结果分析出AHCM误诊的三大原因,提出了减少误诊漏诊的5项措施。结论提高临床医生,特别是基层医生对本病的认识和诊断意识,遇到符合以上心电图特点的患者时能想到本病,进一步仔细进行二维超声心动图检查,必要时选择其它相关检查,即能够减少误诊和漏诊。
Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(AHCM), improve the knowledge and the diagnosis technical proficiency of AHCM. Methods 5 misdiagnosis cases with AHCM were studied with clinical features, ECG, echocardiography, coronary angiography and left ventriculography (LVG). The causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results Three main causes of misdiagnosis of AHCM were revealed. Five measures to reduce the misdiagnosis of AHCM were suggested. Conclusion Improving doctors especially general practitioner′s knowledge of AHCM can reduce the misdiagnosis of it.
