Internal fixation treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with dynamic hip screw

目的探讨动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床应用.方法对39例股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用动力髋螺钉内固定治疗.结果39例患者经2～18个月随访,平均12个月,关节功能恢复较为满意,优良率为92.3%.结论动力髋螺钉内固定是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法之一,具有固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼等优点.

Objective To study internal fixation treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with dynamic hip screw. Methods 39 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by dynamic hip screw. Results 39 patients were followed-up 2 to 18 months, with an average of 12 months, the function of hips were satisfactory. The excellent and good rate was 92.3%. Conclusion Dynamic hip screw is one of ideal choice to treat femoral intertrochanteric fracture, has secure internal fixation, recover quickly and capable to early exercise.
