江苏省已将垃圾发电列为“十五”期间重点开发领域,积极引导各地尽量多地采取垃圾发电方式,以实现城市生活垃圾处理的“资源化、减量化、无害化”的目标。

Jiangsu province has listed municipal solid waste power generation as the key development field in the period of Tenth Five Year Plan and is actively instructing vari-ous places to adopt the method of power generation as much as possible to realize the goal of converting mu-nicipal solid waste into resource,reducing it and non-harmfully treating it.
