添加优势菌种后SBBR除磷工艺参数的优化研究

摘要 主要研究了在淹没序批式生物膜反应器中投加生物优势菌种前后,不同工艺参数对系统除磷性能的影响.采用平行对比试验,试验结果表明:系统在填料装填密度为30%,反应时间为10 h(其中厌氧3 h,好氧7 h),pH值在6.5~7.5,溶解氧(DO)浓度在6.0~7.0 mg/L时,投加优势菌种后的2号反应器能够保持平稳和较高的除磷效率(90%以上),TP去除率比未投加优势菌种的1号反应器提高20%以上. The effect of different process parameters on phosphorous removal performance before and after adding predominant bacteria to the sequencing batch biofilm reactors of submerged biofilm is studied. The results obtained from the parallel comparative tests showed that when the carrier packing density is 30~0_0, hydraulic raction time is 10 hours (including 3 hours for anaerobic zone and 7 hours for aerobic zone), influent pH is 6.5~7.5, and influent DO is 6.0~7.0 mg/L, the NO.2 reactor added in the predominant bacteria can keep a stable and high removal rate (more than 90~0_0),and the removal rate of TP is 20~0_0 higher than that of the NO.1 reactor added in no predominant bacteria.
