高速过滤技术处理再生污水的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要   采用石英砂/无烟煤双层滤料,通过下向流高速过滤技术对城市污水二级出水进行深度处理.研究表明:污水高速过滤,滤速最高可达55m/h,在出水浊度<5NTU的情况下,过滤周期>24h,且过滤周期内水头损失不高于1. 00m.投加聚合硫酸铁(PFS)直接过滤,磷的去除率可达78. 300以上,浊度的去除率达92. 800,COD的去除率达35. 800.投加聚合硫酸铁不会对出水色度造成负面影响,且出水水质能达到景观用水的标准. The secondary effluent of municipal wastewater is treated by using the double-layer filter of quartz sand/anthracite and the process of down-flow-high-speed filtration.The result indicates that the wastewater is filtered at speed, and the maximum effluent rate can reach 55 m/h.Also,when the effluent turbidity is less than 5 NTU,the filteration period is longer than 24 h and the head loss is no higher than 1.00 m in the period. When added in PFS to filter the removal rate of phosphorus can reach above 78.3~0_0,and the removal rates of turbidity and COD can reach 92.8~0_0 and 35.8~0_0 respectively.The adding of PFS can not result in the negative influence on the effluent chroma. The water quality of effluent meets the standard of rejuvenated-water.
