摘要    维生素B1 生产废水的BOD/COD在0. 14左右,属难生物降解废水,经水解酸化处理后出水BOD/COD可达0. 43.试验采用水解酸化序批式活性污泥法(SBR)工艺处理维生素B1生产废水,进水COD浓度在6 580mg/L,污泥浓度分别为2 000mg/L和3 500mg/L时,系统运行稳定性好,COD去除率均在85. 000以上. The BOD/COD of the wastewater of producing vatamine B_1 is about 0.14, which meant the wastewater is difficult to be biodegraded.The effluent BOD/COD can reach 0.43 through the treatment of hydrolysis acidification.In the experiment,the wastewater of producing vatamine B_1 materials is treated by the hydrolysis acidification-SBR process.Also the running of system shows good stability when the concentration of inlet COD is 6 580 mg/L and the concentration of sludge is 2 000 mg/L and 3 500 (mg/L) respectively. And the removal rate of COD is above 85~0_0.
