摘要
采用Gleeble 15 0 0D热模拟试验机测定了H13热作模具钢 (% :0 34C ,0 39Mn ,0 91Si,5 11Cr,1 34Mo ,0 91V ,0 0 0 15S ,0 0 0 9P)在奥氏体温度 10 6 0℃ ,2 0℃ s~ 10 0℃ h的不同冷却速度的相变膨胀曲线 ,并用Origin软件按膨胀法原理绘制了H13钢的连续冷却转变 (CCT)图。结果可得 ,H13钢以 2 0℃ s~ 15℃ min的冷却速度 ,从 10 6 0℃冷至 2
The expansion curves of phase transformation in hot work die steel H13- 0.34C, 0.39Mn, 0.91Si, 5.11Cr, 1.34Mo, 0.91V, 0.001 5S, 0.009P with austenitizing temperature 1 060 ℃ at different cooling velocity between 20 ℃/s and 100 ℃/h were determined by Gleeble 1500D thermal simulation test machine and the continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram has been obtained using Origin software by expansion principle. The results obtained that the martensite structure in H13 steel was got as the steel austenitized at 1 060 ℃ and cooled at the cooling velocity between 20 ℃/s and 15 ℃/min.
