鸡枞菌在大鼠高胆固醇血症中的抗氧化作用

Antioxidation of Termitomyces Albuminosus in Hypercholeste rolemia Rats

目的 观察云南野生鸡枞菌在高胆固醇血症大鼠中的抗氧化作用。方法 雄性SD大鼠40只分设鸡枞菌高、低两个剂量组和高胆固醇模型组及正常对照组,前3个组给予高脂饲料喂养,并每日分组灌胃给6 2. 5 %、3. 13 %云南野生鸡枞菌匀浆液和蒸馏水10ml/kg体重,连续3 0d。分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)及抗氧化指标。结果 鸡枞菌高、低剂量组能显著降低高胆固醇血症大鼠血清中的MDA含量(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 . 0 1) ,提高SOD活力(P <0 . 0 1)。同时显著降低肝组织中MDA含量(P <0 . 0 1)。结论 云南野生鸡枞菌对高胆固醇血症大鼠有明显的抗氧化作用。

Objective To investigate the antioxidation effects of Yunnan wild Termitomyces albuminosus to on the hyp ercholesterolemia rats. Methods 40 male S D rats were divided into 4 groups(high-dosage,low-dosage with Termitomyces al buminosus,hypercholesterolemia model and control group).High-do sage, low-dosage and hypercholesterolemia model groups were fed by high lipid f eed with 10 ml/kg weight of 6.25%, 3.13% of the wild Termitomyces albuminos us from Yunnan and distilled water by stomach perfusion for 30 days, respecti vely. Then the serum content of total cholesterol(TC)and antioxidation were t ested. Results The high and low-dosage gro up of Termitomyces albuminosus significantly reduced the serum content of ma londialdehyde(MDA)(P<0.05, P<0.01)and increased activitie s of superoxide dismutase(SOD)(P<0.01)in the hypercholesterolemia rats , and the content of MDA in the liver was reduced significantl(P<0 .01). Conclusion The Yunnan wild Termitomyces albuminosus has a distinct antioxidation effect on the hyperch olesterolemia rats. 〔
