20钢高压电脉冲加热时温度的测量与组织变化

摘要 用高压电脉冲放电对 2 0钢试样进行直接加热 ,用热电偶、瞬态示波器记录了样品的温度变化过程 ,对温度测量值进行了动态补偿修正 ,观察了 2 0钢在高压电脉冲快速加热条件下的金相组织变化。结果表明 ,经过动态补偿修正的温度值与钢的相变结果一致 ,快速加热使 2 0钢的奥氏体转变温度范围扩大 ,Ac3点升高了约 30 0℃。 The temperature change of the 20 steel sample heated by high voltage electropulsing was recorded using thermocouple and TektronixTDS3012B oscillograph, and the temperature was modified by dynamic error compensation. The microstructures of 20 steel samples treated by different high voltage electropulse were also observed. The results indicate that the temperature modified is consistent with the change of microstructures. The temperature range of phase transformation is expanded in rapid heating condition and its Ac3 temperature rises about 300°.
