摘要 目的探讨胃肠道恶性间质瘤的临床病理及免疫组化特点和诊断标准。方法对11例恶性间质瘤(GIST)进行常规病理检查及免疫组化染色。结果GIST由梭形细胞和上皮细胞组成,大多数恶性GISTCD34(+),Vimenti(+),Desmin(-),Actin(-),S100(-);手术切除是GIST最好的治疗方法。结论GIST是胃肠道常见的非上皮性肿瘤,缺乏定向分化。免疫组化在鉴别GIST中有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical characteristics and diagnostic criteria of GIST.Methods Eleven cases of GIST were studied by routine staining and immunohistochemical staining.Results The GISTs showed two basic cell types,spindle and epithelioid.Most malignant GIST showed CD34(+),Vimentin(+),Desmin(-),Actin(-) and S-100(-) in immunohistochemistry.GIST need to be treated by radical operation.Conclusion GISTs which have no evidence of specific differentiation constitute the largest category of nonepithelial tumors of gastrointestinal tract. Immunohistochemical study is very important for distinguishing GIST.
