摘要
目的 :研究准噶尔无叶豆全草的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化 ,薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果 :从乙醇提取物中分离得到 7个黄酮化合物 :5 ,7,4′-三羟基黄酮 (洋芹素 ) (Ⅰ ) ,5-羟-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮 (洋芹素 7,4′ 二甲醚 ) (Ⅱ ) ,5 ,7-二羟基- 3′,4′- 二甲氧基黄酮 (Ⅲ ) ,5 ,7-二羟基 4′-甲氧基黄酮 (金合欢素 ) (Ⅳ ) ,5 ,7,4′-三羟基 3′ 甲氧基黄酮 (柯伊利素 ) (Ⅴ ) ,5 ,6 ,3′,4′-四羟基 7 甲氧基黄酮 (胡麻素 ) (Ⅵ ) ,5 ,4′ 二羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基黄酮-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (欧槲寄生苷乙 ) (Ⅶ )。结论 :这些化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Eremosparton songoricum. Method: The compounds were isolated with silica gel column chromatography and the structures of these compounds were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Result: The seven compounds were identified as: 5,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone (apigenin) (Ⅰ), 5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone (Ⅱ), 5,7-dihydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxyflavone (Ⅲ), 5,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone (acacetin) (Ⅳ), 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxy flavone (chrysoeriol) (Ⅴ), 5,6,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (pedalitin) (Ⅵ) and 5,4′-dihyroxy-7,3′-dimethoxy flavone-4′-O-D-glucoside (flavogadorinin) (Ⅶ). Conclusion: These constituents were obtained from E. songoricum for the first time.
