脑膜瘤整合素α_3的表达与侵袭性的相关研究

目的 探讨整合素α3在脑膜瘤细胞侵袭过程中的作用。方法用免疫组化方法检测 4 3例脑膜瘤、5例正常硬脑膜及 5例蛛网膜中整合素α3及 Ki- 6 7的表达。结果 侵袭性与非侵袭性脑膜瘤整合素α3的阳性表达率分别为 4 0 .0 0 %和 81 .82 %,有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。正常硬脑膜及蛛网膜中 ,整合素α3呈弱、中阳性表达 ,Ki- 6 7呈阴性表达。结论 整合素α3参与脑膜瘤的侵袭生长过程 ,随着整合素α3表达的降低 ,肿瘤细胞的恶性程度增加 ,侵袭性增强。

Objective To explore the effects of integrinα3 on the mechanism of invasion of meningioma cell line. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to determine the expression of integrinα 3 and Ki-67 nuclear antigen in meningiomas (43 cases), normal dura(5 cases), and arachnoid tissue (5 cases).Results The positive expression rates of integrinα 3 in invasive and noninvasive meningiomas were 40.00% and 81.82%, respectively. The malignancy and invasion of meningiomas correlates to the decreased expression of integrinα 3.
