“周氏点”对脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术的应用报告

Application of the Zhou's tenderness point in the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus

继麦氏点及兰兹氏点后 ,我们在对阑尾炎开展“脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术”中 ,发现了阑尾炎的又一压痛点 ,一般位于左侧卧位的脐右或脐下 1 - 2 cm处 ,我们将这一压痛点 ,命名为“周氏点”。通过 8例“脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术”,证实其具有良好的预测及指导作用。

After the discovery of the McBurney's point and the Lanz's point, we have found out another tenderness point for diagnosis of appendicitis. This point is located at 1-2 cm right to the umbilicus or below the umbilicus; this kind of tenderness is usually induced on palpation when the patient is the left lateral recumbent position. With the help of the point, we underwent peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus in 8 cases. The result of the operation proved that this point had great predicting and guiding importance to the diagnosis and treatment of appendicitis. We have named this tenderness point the Zhou's point.
