乙烯基类聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合鞣剂鞣制机理的研究—复合鞣剂与皮胶原模型物的作用 被引量:8

摘要 选用聚酰胺和聚乙烯醇作为皮胶原模型物 ,分别模拟皮胶原分子中的肽基和羟基 ,将乙烯基类聚合物 /蒙脱土纳米复合鞣剂在不同用量和 pH条件下与之作用 ,以复合鞣剂与胶原模型物的结合量 ,考察它们相互作用的方式和程度 ;并以乙烯基类聚合物与皮胶原模型物的相互作用作为对照 ,考察乙烯基类聚合物与蒙脱土的复合是否具有协同效应。结果表明 :复合鞣剂主要以物理吸附、氢键及电价键或酯键的方式与胶原模型物作用 ,且有少量的共价键结合 ;pH在 3 8左右 ,复合鞣剂用量在 2 5 %左右 ,复合鞣剂与 2种胶原模型物的作用效果较好 ;乙烯基类聚合物与蒙脱土的复合 ,具有较好的协同鞣制效应。 In this paper, polyamide and polyvinyl alcohol were selected as the collagen models, simulating peptide bonds and hydroxyls in the structure of skin collagen. In the condition of different quality and pH, vinyl polymer/montmorillonite nanocomposite reacted with collagen models, the response method and extent between nanocomposite and collagen models were tested by the rate of combination of nanocomposite. The combination between vinyl polymer and collagen models were tested and compared with nanocomposite in order to investigate the coordination between vinyl polymer and montmorillonite. The result shows: nanocomposite reacted with collagen models by physical absorption, hydrogen, electrovalent bond or esterification and little covalent bond; when the pH is 3.8, the quality of nanocomposite is about 30%, the nanocomposite has better reaction with two collagen models. And there has better coordination between vinyl polymer and montmorillonite.
