肝移植中胆道的缺血再灌注损伤 被引量:7

摘要 缺血/再灌注(Ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)损伤是肝移植和肝胆外科中尚需解决的一个重要课题,它对肝脏和胆道系统均造成不同程度的损伤,而胆道系统对缺血/再灌注损伤较肝实质更敏感。I/R 损伤常常会导致胆汁淤积,术后高胆红素血症,移植肝无功能等后果。目前对 I/R对胆道损伤的可能机制和干预方法的研究也在不断深入。本文综述了 I/R损伤对胆道系统的影响,主要包括病理及相关机制的研究。
