研究目的探讨Langerhans细胞在贲门癌发生过程中的形态变化及其对宿主抗肿瘤免疫反应的重要作用。研究背景Langerhans细胞是一种重要的免疫活性细胞，具有处理和提呈抗原的能力。近来认为其在肿瘤免疫过程中起重要作用。拟以免疫组化方法观察其与贲门癌发生过程之间的关系。研究方法以以LSAB免疫组织化学方法，采用抗S-100蛋白抗体对正常贲门粘膜、单纯增生、不典型增生及癌组织进行染色。油镜下观察Langerhans细胞与肿瘤细胞及淋巴细胞之间的接触关系，将所得结果进行分析。结果根据在切片上所看到Langerhans细胞胞义突起的多少，将其分为两型，不同病变组织中Langerhans细胞的形态分布情况各不相同，癌组织中的tangernans细胞与癌细胞和淋巴细胞有密切接触现象。结论Langerhans细胞可将肿瘤抗原提呈给T淋巴细胞，在贲门癌宿主桔抗肿瘤过程中起有重要作用。

Objective To research the morphological changes of Langerhans cell in carcinogenetic process of cardia and the important role on immune reaction of host against tumor.Background Langerhans cell is an important immune active cell and has the ability of presentation and treahoent antigen. Recently, it has been realized that it plays an important role in tumor immune process. The relationship between cardiac carcinoma and Langerhans cell was observed in this arhcle by tring to use immunohistochemical method.Methods Using anti-boving S-100 Protein rabbit antibodies by the way of LSAB inununohistocheInhal method: the boune stain ing was performed on normal cardia mucosa, simple hgurPlasia, dysplasia and careinoma tissue.The contachng relahonship of langerhans cells with tumor cell and lymphocyte was observed with an optical microscope under an oil-immersion lens and the results obtained were analysed.Results The langerhans cells seen on the tissue sections were divided into two types according to their process more or less. The morphology and the distribution of Langerhans cells were various in different lesions. Langerhans cells were close contanct with cancer cells and lymphocytes in cancer tissue. Conclution These results suggest that in cardiac carcinoma cases, Langerhans cells may present tumor antigen to T lymphocytes and it play an important role in the process of host against tumor.
