摘要
从上海市青浦区某规模化猪场采集腹泻病猪的粪便样品 ,经电镜观察 ,见有典型的轮状病毒颗粒 ;以ELISA诊断试剂盒检测 ,表明为A群轮状病毒抗原。针对诊断结果 ,提出了相应的防治措施。
The samples of diarrheal piglet feces were taken from a pig farm in Shanghai, and typical rotavirus particles were observed directly under electron microscope. The tests for them with ELISA diagnostic kit showed group A rotavirus. And some prevention and treatment measures were put forward.
