摘要
目的:研究九头狮子草对发热大鼠的解热作用及对发热大鼠下丘脑cAMP含量的影响,为开发新药 源提供药效学依据。方法:复制大鼠酵母人工发热模型,测量大鼠体温变化,用放射免疫法测定大鼠下丘脑 cAMP的含量。结果:九头狮子草对发热大鼠有显著解热效应,明显降低发热大鼠下丘脑cAMP含量。结论:九 头狮子草有明显的解热作用,其作用可能是通过降低下丘脑体温调节中枢发热介质cAMP含量实现的。
Objective: To study antipyretic effects of Herba Peristrophis and its effects on cAMP content in the hypothalamus of rats. Methods: Rat models of pyrexia were produced with zymosan. The effects of Herba Peristrophis on fever symptoms were observed. Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the level of cAMP in the rat hypothalamus. Results: Herba Peristrophis evidently decreased temperature and cAMP content in the hypothalamus of rat models. Conclusion: Herba Peristrophis has marked antipyretic effect. The relevant mechanism may be the decreasing of cAMP content in the hypothalamus. The present research provide pharmacological basis for developing new medicine resource.
