摘要
设计了共锥度测量的两种技术方法:一是激光切割直升机旋翼共锥度固定测试台测量法,二是采用CCD成像技术方案完成旋翼共锥度的测量的方法。分别对其工作原理及精度进行了分析,实验证明两种方法的精度与理论计算精度基本吻合,从而得到性能价格比最优的设计方法。
Two methods were designed for measuring pyramidal angle, one is the laser incision for the fixed flat root, the other is CCD imaging. The work theory and precision were analysed. The results show that the experimental precision is close to the theoretical precision. The best design ration of capability and value can be achieved.
