福辛普利对高血压病患者血浆神经肽Y及神经降压素的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :观察高血压病患者用福辛普利治疗前后血浆神经肽 Y( NPY)、神经降压素 ( NT)含量的变化 ,探讨它们在高血压病发病中的作用及福辛普利对其影响。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法对 46例高血压病患者福辛普利治疗前后血浆 NPY及 NT水平进行测定 ,并与正常对照组进行对比分析。结果 :高血压病患者治疗前的基础血浆 NPY水平显著高于对照组 ,而 NT水平显著较对照组为低。高血压患者经福辛普利治疗后 ,在收缩压与舒张压均明显降低的同时 ,NPY水平明显下降。结论 :NPY及 NT活性改变可能在高血压的发生发展中起一定作用 ,福辛普利的降压作用可能有减少 NPY分泌因素的参与。 Objective: To observe the changes of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neurotensin (NT) levels in patients with essent ial hypertension before and after fosinopril treatment, and investigate the sign ificance of NPY and NT in the development of hypertension and the effect of fosi nopril on NPY and NT. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the levels of NPY and NT in 42 patients with essential hypertension before and after 6 week s fosinopril treatment and in 36 healthy controls. Results: The baseline concen tration of plasma NPY in hypertensive patients was higher than that of controls and plasma NT level in patients with hypertension was lower than that of control group. After 6 weeks fosinopril treatment, the plasma level of NPY increased si gnificantly compared with that before treatment with the decrease of systolic bl ood pressure and diastolic blood pressure simultaneously. Conclusion: The chang es in the levels of NPY and NT may be associated with the pathogenesis of hypert ension, and it is possible that the decreased release of NPY and NT plays a role in the effect of antihypertensive action of fosinopril.
