摘要
本文研究利用油母页岩沸腾炉发电厂的页岩灰配制混凝土的增强剂,代替混凝土中的部分水泥,发现在不同水灰比的条件下,内掺10%页岩灰增强剂的混凝土,其强度,比不含页岩灰的纯水泥混凝土强度高5%~15%左右.利用页岩灰为载体,配制的载体流化剂,更能有效地控制混凝土的坍落度损失.外掺占水泥量1.5%载体流化剂,更能有效地控制混凝土的坍落度损失,在90min内基本不变.
It is researched in this article that part of cement in concrete is replaced with the reinforcement agent made from shale ash, which is from fluidization furnace in power station, and discovered that the strengh of concrete with inside mixing 10 % shale ash reinforcement agent is 5%~15% higher than pure ecment concrete in different w/c conditions. The slump loss can be controled more effectively by the fluidizing agent with shale ash carrier. The concrete slump can be kept at 90 min by outside mixing 1.5% carrier fluidizing agent.
