摘要 目的 :探讨在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)和雌、孕激素受体 ( ER、PR)的表达及临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化法检测 5 0例乳腺浸润性导管癌和2 6例良性乳腺肿瘤组织中 VEGF、ER、PR的表达水平 ,并分析它们的临床生物学意义。结果 :乳腺癌 VEGF阳性表达率为 66% ,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义 ;VEGF表达与组织分化程度有密切关系。在 ER、PR阴性组中 ,VEGF阳性表达率较高。结论 :VEGF在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的高表达 ,与乳腺癌的生长和转移有密切关系 ,可以作为反映乳腺癌生物学行为和判断预后的有效指标。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical s ignificance of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), estro gen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC) of breast. Methods:The expression of VEGF, ER,PR was examined with immunchisto chemical methods in 50 cases IDC of breast and 26 cases benign breast lesions, a nd the relationship of them and between them were analysed. Results:The positi ve expression rate of VEGF was 66%, there was statistical significance compared with that of the control group. The expression of VEGF has close relation with t issue differentiation degree. The expression of VEGF has negative correlation w ith that of ER and PR. Conclusions:There was intimate relation between over ex pression of VEGF in IDC of breast and metastasis, and VEGF could act as the quot a of deciding breast cancer prognosis and cure rate.
