本文阐述了严寒地区高层建筑围护结构选材的8条基本原则,并介绍了哈尔滨地区据此原则选用的4类外墙体的主要技术经济指标,文中分析评价了490mm空心砖墙体及岩棉、加气混凝土、PG板等复合墙体的应用效果,并对高层建筑的墙体、屋面、门窗等围护结构建筑节能提出了看法.

The article describes eight basic principles of material selection for curtain structure of high-rise building in severely cold region, and introduces the main technical economic index of four types of outside wall which are adopted in according with above princciples in Haerbin area. The application effects of 490 mm hollow brick wall and compound walls, which consist of rock wool, aerated concerete, PG board, etc. , are analysed and evaluated. Some viewpoints on building energy saving of curtain structre(wall, roof, door and window) in high-rise building are presented hereof.
