白花蛇舌草的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Identification on Herba Hedyotidis by HPLC Fingerprint Pattern Method

目的:建立中药白花蛇舌草的HPLC鉴定方法。方法:应用HPLC对不同产地白花蛇舌草及其混淆品水线草进行指纹图谱比较。结果:通过对 7份样品分析鉴定,获得了白花蛇舌草的标准HPLC指纹图谱及特征标记峰值。结论:HPLC指纹图谱鉴定法可用于白花蛇舌草的鉴定。

Objective: To establish a new identification and analysis method of Herba Hedyotidis. Method: HPLC fingerprint pattern method. Result: Experiment and analysis were carried out on seven samples, the standard HPLC fingerprint pattern method and characterisitic diffraction peaks of Herba Hedyotidis were obtained. Conclusion: This method can be used for the identification of Herba Hedyotidis.
