覆盆子化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents from Fructus Rubi

从蔷薇科植物华东覆盆子RubuschingiiHu中分离得到 5个化合物,经理化鉴定和光谱分析确定结构是:对羟基间甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅰ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅱ)、没食子酸(Ⅲ)、椴树苷 (Ⅳ )、鞣花酸 (Ⅴ )。其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分得。

Five compounds have been isolated from Fructus Rubi.On the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties,their structures were establised as 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (Ⅰ),p-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅱ),gallic acid (Ⅲ),tiliroside (Ⅳ) and ellagic acid (Ⅴ).Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were found from the plant for the first time.
