摘要
目的 观察利咽雾化液抗炎抑菌作用效果,验证其安全性。方法 给健康小鼠灌胃相当于临床人用量的102倍的药量,验证其安全性;采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶引起大鼠足趾肿胀的炎症模型,观察其抗炎作用;采用杯碟法测定利咽雾化液对临床分离的46株临床常见的革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌的体外抗菌作用。结果 利咽雾化液对动物无明显毒性,LD50大于144g/kg;对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足趾肿胀有较好的抗炎作用,体外抑菌实验可见利咽雾化液对临床常见的革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均具有一定的抑制作用。结论利咽雾化液具有较好的抗炎、抑菌作用,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and bacteria-inhibiting effects of Liyan Vaporous Atomization(LVA). Methods The anti-inflamatory effect of LVA was studied on the inflammation models prepared among mice with auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and among rats with toe swelling induced by carrageenan respectively, while the bacteria-inbibiting effects of LVA were studied in vitro by cylinder plate method on 46 strains of bacteria commonly seen in clinic,Gram-negative of Gram-positive. Results Auricle swelling of mice and toe swelling of rats were all significantly reduced with the use of LVA in vivo and the 46 strains of bacteria were mostly inbibited in vitro at various degree by the use of this preparation. Conclusion LVA is effective for the treatment of inflammation and the inhibition of bacteria proliferation.
