鼻内镜下微波凝固配合养阴利咽汤治疗舌扁桃体肥大的临床观察

A clinical observation on the therapeutic effects of microwave surgery under nasendoscopesupplemented with the therapy of Yin-Nourishing Throat-Disinhibiting Decoction on hypertrophy of lingual tonsil

目的 观察微波凝固配合养阴利咽汤治疗舌扁桃体肥大的临床疗效。方法 门诊舌扁桃体肥大治疗患者216例,随机分成三组,一组采用微波凝固配合养阴利咽汤联合治疗(综合治疗组)、二组为单纯微波凝固(微波组),三组为单纯养阴利咽汤服用(养阴利咽汤组),比较分析三组的疗效。结果 综合治疗组患者微波引起的咽干、咽痛等咽部不适症状很快得到缓解,总有效率为93.1％,微波治疗组和养阴利咽汤组总有效率分别为73.6％和61.1％,综合治疗组与微波凝固组、养阴利咽汤组之间疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗舌扁桃体肥大疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of microwave surgery (MS) supplemented with the therapy of Yin-Nourishing Throat-Disinhibiting Decoction (YNTDD)on hypertrophy of lingual tonsil. Methods 216 patients with hypertrophy of lingual tonsil were randomly divided into three groups, with 72 cases in treating group(TG) treated by MS combined with YNTDD,72 cases in MS group(MSG) treated only by microwave surgery and 72 cases in YNTDD group (YTDG) treated only by YNTDD. Then, the therapeutic effects of them were analyzed and compared each other. Results The total effective rate in TG was 93. 1 % and that in MSG and YTDG were 73.6% and 61.1% respectively,with significant differences among them (P<0. 05). Conclusions The combined therapy with MS and YNTDD is very effective for the treatment of hypertrophy of lingual tonsil and was worth of extensively applied in clinic.
