摘要  对用于夹芯板材的硬质酚醛泡沫的发泡过程进行了研究。讨论了发泡温度、固化剂和发泡剂对泡沫体性能的影响。结果表明:反应温度控制在70℃~80℃,固化剂用量控制在16%~20%,得到的泡沫体均匀细腻,综合性能好。 It studied the foaming process of the rigid phenolic foam for sandwich sheet, and discussed the influencing effects of foaming temperature,curing agent and blowing agent on properties of foam. The results showed that the foaming temperature of the rigid phenolic foam should be controlled between 70℃and 80℃, and with the use amount of curing agent being from16% to 20%.Thus, the phenolic foam was uniform and exquisite, and possessed excellent comprehensive performance.
