新光碘蛋的研制及其对糖尿病患者的保健作用

目的探讨新光碘蛋的研制方法，并研究其对糖尿病患者的保健作用。方法以实验室中期试验优选出最佳剂量的复方碘强化液饲鸡，一周后获合格的新光碘蛋。分别在4所医院对伴高血脂、高血压的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者55例进行临床观察，每日食用新光碘蛋2～3枚，2个月后检测血糖、血脂，血压及甲状腺功能。以可否停用或减量降糖药物衡量疗效。统计学处理采用t检验。结果新光碘蛋的碘含量及其它化学成分均较理想，与日本光碘蛋相似，具有明显的降血糖、降血脂、降血压等保健治疗作用。结论新光碘蛋对中年以后的糖尿病及伴随的高血脂、高血压等有确定的保健治疗作用。

Objcctive To research the method of manufacturing Xinguang iodine- enriched eggs (XGIEE) and study it's health care function for diabetic patients.Methods The hens were fed with optimal doses of complex iodine- enriched solution selected the metaphase experiment in the Lab. and qualified iodine-enriched eggs were obtained after a week. We observed 55 cases of diabeties with hyperlipemia and hypertension in four hospital respectively. The patients ate 2~ 3 this kind eggs each day, and after 2 months their blood sugar,blood fat, blood pressrue and the thyroid function were measured.The curative effects was val ued by stopping or decreased the doses of hypoglycemic agents.The data were compared by t-test.Results The content of iodine and other chemical components of XGIEE are desirable and are similar to Japanese Shicari iodine- enriched eggs. XGIEE. have obvious function nf lowering blood suger, blood fat and blood pressure arye play an important role in health care and treai ment of diabetic patients.Conclusion XGIEE have definite function in health care and treatment of post middIe- aged diabetic patients with hyperlipemia and hypertention.
