重庆地区正常青少年临床牙冠中心高度研究

The study of the center height of clinical crowns on normal occlusion in Chongqing teenagers

目的 建立重庆市正常青少年临床牙冠高度、临床牙冠中心高度的均值及标准差并分析其特点,为正畸临床提供依据。方法 选择重庆市正常青少年牙颌模型92副(男45副,女 47 副),用数显游标卡尺在模型上测量临床牙冠高度及临床牙冠中心高度,对测量结果进行统计分析并与国内外的相关资料进行对比研究。结果 重庆市正常青少年的临床牙冠中心高度与国内外的相关资料测量结果不同。结论 临床牙冠中心高度存在种族和地区差异,临床上应参照本地区的标准。

Objective To establish the norms of the height of clinical crowns and the center height of clinical crowns on normal occlusion in Chongqing teenagers and to provide the reference for diagnosis in orthodontics.Methods Ninety-two cases of normal occlusion dental model in Chongqing teenagers(45 boys and 47 girls) were selected. The height of clinical crown and the center height of clinical crown were measured with a vernier. The measurements were analysed with statistic methods and compared with that of different groups.Results The center height of clinical crowns were different according to different area and race.Conclusion The center height of clinical crowns is different according to different area and race. We shoud use our own norms in orthodontics.
