摘要
目的 探讨血管化前臂皮瓣移植在口腔颌面外科的应用特点。方法 44例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者,切除肿瘤后所致的缺损, 以血管化前臂皮瓣进行修复,对局部外形及功能重建进行分析。结果 44例患者中43例成功,1例失败,成功率97.7%。结论 血管化前臂皮瓣在口腔颌面外科的组织缺损的修复中具有很大的灵活性,其制备简便,安全可靠,明显优于传统的带蒂组织移植,值得推广和应用。
Objective To study the characteristic of application of vascularized forearm flap transplantation for the oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods To applicate vascularized forearm flap to reconstruct the soft tissue defect of 44 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumur,and analysis the outline form and function of the vascularized forearm flaps.Results Fourty-three vascularized forearm flaps survived and 1 failed in 44 vascularized forearm flaps.The success rate was 97.7%.Conclusion The vascularized forearm flap is a versatile free flap in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects.It is much more convenient compared with other free flaps,and it is safe and reliable.
