构建“五位一体”的素质教育工程提高军医大学本科生教学质量 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨集“医学、军事、政治、身心”素质培养为一体的军医大学本科人才培养目标的实现途径、方法。方法 “九五”以来,第三军医大学紧紧围绕这一目标,将医学、军事、政治、身心素质教育有机结合,整体设计,全面改革,构建和实施了本科生的“五位一体”素质教育工程。结果 明显提高了学员的综合素质和教学质量,走出了一条特色鲜明的军医大学素质教育新路。结论 “五位一体”的素质教育是提高军医大学本科生教学质量的有效途径。
