摘要
目的:探讨汉防己甲素防治肝纤维化的机理。方法:用四氯化碳诱导SD大鼠肝纤维化,同时给予汉防己甲素治疗,对照组给予生理盐水。观察不同实验阶段动物肝组织中Ⅳ型胶原及含结蛋白细胞的变化,并用电镜观察储脂细胞的形态变化。结果:治疗组肝纤维化程度明显轻于对照组。治疗组肝组织中储脂细胞增殖及转化受到抑制,Ⅳ型胶原沉积减少,结蛋白阳性细胞数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:汉防己甲素能有效地治疗肝纤维化,其机理在于抑制储脂细胞的增殖及转化,减少Ⅳ型胶原在肝组织中沉积。
AIM The aim was to investigate the mechanism of terandrine to prevent and cure liver fibrosis.METHODS Liver fibrosis in SD rats was induced by ccl4.Rats in treatment group were treated with tetrandrine,and the animals incontrol group were treated with normal saline.TypeⅣcollagen and desmin-containing cells in rat liver tissue in different stageswere monitrf,and fat-storing cells were electric microscopically observed.RESULTS Liver fibrosis in treatment group was slight in compare with control group.In liver tissue in treatment group,fat-storing cell proliferation and transition was markedly inhibited,type Ⅳ collagen deposition decreased,and desmin-containing cellnumbers were fewer.CONCLUSIONS Tetrandrine can prevent and cure liver fibrosis.The mechanism may be resulted from tetrandrine to inhibit fat-storing cell proliferation and transition,reduce deposition of type Ⅳ collagen.
