2000年小康住宅初探

Primary discussion on a relatively comfortable residence in 2000

本文分析了我国现有住宅与小康水平住宅存在的几点差距,针对这些问题,提出建造2000年小康水平住宅要引导解决以下八方面的问题:提高居住环境质量;加强住宅区的综合开发;采用新型住宅结构体系;改善厨房、卫生间条件;改善室内热环境,加强住宅节能;提高室内装饰水平;促进住宅产品的研制开发.

Base on the analysis of difference between present residence and a relatively comfortable standard of living residence, eight aspects need to be considered for building residences in 2000 i. e. to improve residential environment, to enhance comprehensive development of residential area, to adopt new residential construction system, to have better conditions in kitchen and toilet, to improve heat conditions in the room and to saving energy of housing, to improve room decoration, to reconstruct the old housing resasonably, and to promote development of residential products.
