摘要
所研制的保温板是由聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的废旧物及下脚料、水泥起泡剂等加工制作而成.板的密度为280~300kg/m^3,导热系数小于0.09W/(m·K),抗压强度0.3MPa.它适用于砖墙及混凝土墙的内外保温层及屋面保温层,应用面积达20万m^2以上.文中介绍了生产工艺、各种影响因素、板材的性能及施工方法.
The developed insulation board is made of rejected products and wastes of polystyrene foamed plastic and cement foaming agent. Its density is 280~300 kg/m2,heat conductivity less than 0. 09 W/(m·K) and compression strength 0. 3 MPa. It is suited for insulating the interior and exterior brick walls and concrete walls as well as roof insulation. More than 200 000 m2 this board has been used. The article describes the technology, various factors, the properties of the board and the construction method.
