Absorbing the traditional culture of the Central Plains is conducive for Late Jin Dynasty to promote and develop Manchu people before the coming of new productive power. After getting the emperor position, Hongtaiji choosed the most advanced culture, which not only strengthed his position but also contributed to establish Qing Dynasty and unite the whole nation of China.
