高职毕业生就业难已经成为社会的热点和难点。本文通过对高职毕业生问卷调查,分析高职毕 业生择业行为及意向,提出建立专业化、职业化高素质高职毕业生就业工作者队伍,改善和加强高职学生就 业指导工作,全面构建高职毕业生就业导航体系的工作对策。
Job placement for polytechnic graduates has been a hot social issue as well as a grave social problem. This paper, based on an analysis of questionnaires directed at polytechnic graduates' job selection behavior and intensions, raises the idea of forming a highly-qualified team as well as a career guidance system to help and guide graduates in seeking a career.
