随着高校扩招,大学毕业生就业问题日益严峻,高校就业工作也面临严峻挑战。本文针对高校就 业指导工作存在的问题,从职业指导和生涯指导入手,提出了构建职业生涯规划指导课程的设想。
With increased enrollment, employment has become a grave issue that challenges all colleges and universities. This paper, proceeding from existing problems in students' job placement, puts forward the idea of establishing career guidance systems.
